Cornwall Market is our home base in Cornwall Bridge, Connecticut: a rural market where the day starts with pastry trays, strong coffee, and the first breakfast tickets of the morning.

We bake fresh every day, run a full kitchen for hot breakfast and lunch, and keep the shelves stocked with groceries, prepared foods, craft beer, and natural wine. It is a practical place first—you can come in for a sandwich, a baguette, a bottle of wine, or what you need on the way home, and it all belongs in the same room.

Hidden Valley Market in Washington Depot is our sister location. Every morning the same breads, viennoiserie, and sandwiches leave Cornwall Bridge and head east for grab-and-go in The Depot.

We believe in using good ingredients—which often are not cheap—and in paying our staff a fair wage.
